From the lake, it’s an easy 10 minute walk along the lakefront track, through the botanical gardens into the centre of Queenstown. The steps have lights allowing you to walk into town at night.

The room opens up to a balcony allowing indoor-outdoor living and offering spectacular lake views. The large windows are all double-glazed; the external wall are insulated reinforced concrete (tilt slab), gas heaters (reticulated) on both floors and zoned underfloor heating throughout, ensures your stay will be warm and comfortable. All bedrooms have radiant wall heaters, built in wardrobes, fabulous views and very comfortable beds. Both floors have high quality fittings and furnishings, including large flat screen (Sky) TV’s, broadband and built-in stereo systems.
