PAYMENT
We require 10% deposit at time of booking, the balance is paid 7 days prior to the arrival date.
CANCELLATION
If the booking is cancelled outside 60 days prior to arrival, your payments will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation occurs between 60-30 days of your arrival then 10% will be deducted from your refund.
If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, then no refund will be made. However, if we are able to confirm another booking over this period, or part thereof, then you will be refunded the value of the new booking.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
There is a minimum rental period of 3 nights.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am on the morning of departure.
LINEN and CLEANING
There is no additional cost for linen hire or cleaning, which is done at the end of your stay. However if you require additional linen, it will be $15 per person. And additional cleaning will be charged at a rate of $35 per hour. Alternatively, you can do your own cleaning, (there is an in-vac system on both floors) and laundering, (there is a fully equipped laundry on both floors), at no cost.
DAMAGES / NEGLIGENCE
Damage in excess of $100.00, caused by your negligence will result in the cost or repairs being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
PETS
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The upper level has a balcony and the lower level has a patio, where you may smoke.
INSPECTIONS
The owner, or the owner’s representative shall be permitted to enter the premises for the purpose of inspection or to carry out remedial / maintenance works, at any time with 24-hours notice.
